Problem with av_open_input_file().

Nebojsa Andjelkovic
Hello,

I update my libs for ffmpeg (revision 11883) on my kubuntu 7.10 system.

I don't have this problem with old version of ffmpeg (10260).

The problem is with opening input file, the function av_open_input_file(...)
always set AVFormatContext nb_streams=0, and because of that I cant get
input streams.

    // Open video file
    ret = av_open_input_file(&pFormatCtx, fileName, NULL, 0, NULL); //here
is a problem, pFormatCtx->nb_streams is setted to 0;

    if(ret!=0)
        return MDSP_SERR_OPENINPUTFILE; // Couldn't open file

    // Retrieve stream information
    ret = av_find_stream_info(pFormatCtx);
    if(ret<0)
        return MDSP_SERR_OPENINPUTFILE; // Couldn't find stream information

Could someone help me please.
Thanks a lot.

What does ffmpeg -i say about your input file?
