Facing error.

Pradip Gajjar-2
Hi All,

While running few videos using ffmpegs to convert it into PPM format(YUV
frames), it gives me error like this,
If you look into the error it is not able to predict the video codec so it
fails.
Error:
FFmpeg version SVN-r11212, Copyright (c) 2000-2007 Fabrice Bellard, et al.
  configuration: --enable-shared
  libavutil version: 49.6.0
  libavcodec version: 51.49.0
  libavformat version: 52.2.0
  built on Dec 13 2007 09:48:36, gcc: 4.1.1 20070105 (Red Hat 4.1.1-52)
*[flv @ 0x2aaaaaf36040]Could not find codec parameters (Video: 0x0000)*
Input #0, flv, from
'/home/videos/mpegs/1194773155Jb2nIE7rgBgLW0tU1xOX_high.flv':
  Duration: 00:03:13.0, start: 0.000000, bitrate: N/A
*    Stream #0.0: Video: 0x0000, 1000.00 tb(r)*
    Stream #0.1: Audio: mp3, 44100 Hz, mono

I have tried giving different parameter mentioning video codec.

It would be great if someone can help me with this.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards,
Pradip.

The more likely chance is that the codec used is simply *not supported
nor recognized* by ffmepg  (VP?).

HTH, regards.

ffmpeg-user random tip #1
the -b (bitrate) and -ab (audio bitrate) ffmpeg options take as argument a
bitrate expressed in bits per second, and not in Kbits per second as in previous
versions. Change your command lines accordingly.
